No discrimination in Iran’s defense for Shia-Sunni Muslims
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought warned of disintegration and division as two weapons against Islamic countries.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, in a meeting with elites and thinkers from Iraq warned of disintegration and division among Muslims and stressed Iran’s indiscriminate support for both Shia and Sunni Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He referred to history of disintegration of Islamic and non-Islamic countries by world arrogant powers in order to loot their natural resources naming India as an instance of the fact.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari said,” Misrepresenting Islam as a religion in contrast with advancement is another plot by enemies” and added,” Once the enemies introduced Islam as the religion of prayers and fasting but late Imam Khomeini (RA) established Islamic Republic of Iran to show that Islam can form a state too.”
The cleric noted that the economy, technology and science used to be confined to few non-Islamic countries and the entire world of Islam was excluded from advances but Islamic Republic of Iran, led by the Supreme Leader, has broken the limitation and found its stance among the world powerful countries.
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought called Islam as religion of fraternity and solidarity and said,” Enemies masterminded Daesh terrorist group to distract the attentions off Islam and introduce that as religion of violence.”
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari urged all Iraqi groups to avoid conflict and said,” Enemies are struggling to prevent formation of state in the country by sparking conflict among different groups naming Shias, Sunnis and Kurds in Iraq.”
Top cleric slammed the United States and Israeli Zionists as the mastermind of intrigues and counted desecration of religious sanctities as another plot by arrogant powers against Islam.
He highlighted the responsibility of Muslim clerics amid the current situation in the world of Islam and said,” We should not let American ideologies promote in Muslim countries and substitute Islamic ideologies.”
