Iran, Saudi Arabia FMs discuss restoration of bilateral ties
Foreign ministers of Iran and Saudi Arabia talked about the latest status of the resumption of bilateral relations in a telephone call.

Pointing out sending technical teams to reopen the embassies of the two countries, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in talks with his Saudi counterpart, Faisal bin Farhan said: "The Islamic Republic of Iran has taken the preparations for the official opening of its embassy in Saudi Arabia."
Amir-Abdollahian termed the diplomatic shuttles between the two capitals as a sign of their determination to restore ties.
Emphasizing Riyad's will to develop and strengthen Iranian-Saudi relations, Bin Farhan has hoped that the opening of the embassies will facilitate bilateral cooperation.
