Al-Azhar plans launching religious center in al-Quds
The president of al-Azhar university has announced a decision to launch a religious center in the occupied al-Quds.

Sheikh Ahmad al-Tayyeb has issued orders for establishment of a religious center in the occupied Jerusalem al-Quds warning Israeli regime of revealing their crimes against the Palestinian nation, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Top cleric stressed,” Al-Azhar will continue efforts for awakening of the world conscience until an end to the unfair occupation of the Palestinian lands which goes against all religious laws.”
Sheikh Ahmad al-Tayyeb stressed preparation of al-Azhar university to admit more students from Palestine and also increasing scholarship for higher education students.
The director of al-Azhar also condemned the silence of the Arab, Muslim and non-Muslim countries in regards to the issue of Palestine.
