Dr Raisi listed "chain production", "all-Iranian design, engineering, used tools and equipment" and "increase of employment by 3 thousand people" among the important features of Gachsaran Petrochemical Complex and added, "Also, the operation of this project leads to the prevention of wastage of national wealth and gas burners will go away and prevent pollution, which is a very valuable action".
Emphasising the importance of the role of large industrial companies in the development and meeting the needs of the cities where they are being built, the President stated, "More than 2.6 trillion Tomans have been approved for provincial resolutions from the social responsibility of large companies, and of course, the Gachsaran Petrochemical Complex should fulfil its duties in order to meet the various needs of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province and especially Gachsaran city".
Saying that the important part and the main work in completing this big industrial project has been realised during the term of the Popular Administration, Dr Raisi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all the workers and their families who worked tirelessly in the heat of 50 degrees for the completion of Gachsaran Petrochemical.
The President also considered attracting 17 trillion capital to complete this project as a very important and commendable action.
Dr Raisi described the Gachsaran Petrochemical Complex as a manifestation of the slogan of "we can" and turning the country's capacities into wealth and said, "The Iranian nation has the art of turning sanctions and threats into opportunities and wealth, and the completion and operation of this project is one of the manifestations of this art of the Iranian nation".
