“World Muslims pursue Islamic unity” , Sunni scholar

Organized by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought the third regional Islamic Unity Conference discusses “Islamic Cooperation to Achieve Common Values”.
 
Shia and Sunni scholars from Russia, Turkey, Syria, Georgia and Iraq are attending the international conference scheduled to be held in the city of Urmia on August 9.
 
Prominent Sunni scholar warned of the enemies fanning the flames of disagreement among Muslims and their plots to undermine any project aiming Islamic solidarity.
 
The second edition of the conference was held in the northern province of Golestan on proximity of Muslims and modern Islamic civilization in the second phase of the Islamic revolution.
 
The regional conferences are in line with the Islamic Unity Conference annually held concurrent with the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
