Palestine renews calls for international protection and upholding accountability
The State of Palestine has once again called on the international community to provide international protection for the Palestinian people and take urgent measures to enhance accountability, describing it as the only effective remedy to end the abhorrent situation of settler violence and the persistence of occupation.

Mansour further emphasized that these Israeli plans also threaten the fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities under the United Nations Charter and all relevant provisions of international law to ensure peace, security, and the realization of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, including the right to freedom and return.
Mansour pointed out that "terrorist settlers continue to attack Palestinian civilians, and the occupation army continues to assault safe towns and villages, resulting in the killing, injury, and detention of civilians. The policy of punitive house demolitions and land seizures continues."
He warned that "the ongoing failure to ensure accountability will only encourage those with racist, abhorrent, and criminal agendas."
Mansour explained that "Israel's crimes have continued unabated since the last message (last month) in the absence of any meaningful accountability or action by the international community, including the Security Council," affirming that "accountability alone can put an end to this unlawful situation and revive prospects for justice and peace."
