Lebanese cleric calls for united Islamic nation to liberate al-Quds
The president of Lebanon’s Union of Resistance Scholars referred to the supportive stance of the western countries for Israeli regime and highlighted necessity of Islamic solidarity to achieve victories against Tel Aviv.

Sheikh Maher Hamoud, speaking at the fifth webinar of “Al-Aqsa Storm” held by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought condemned the countries supporting Israeli regime and its Zionist project especially during over a month of brutal onslaughts against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He referred to the military assistance of the United States in support of the Israeli regime and condemned the regime for massacre of the children and civilians in Gaza.
The top cleric condemned as “biggest desecration” the Israeli strikes targeting the hospitals, mosques, churches, food warehouses, residential buildings and even bakeries.
Sheikh Maher Hamoud urged for a unified stance, as existed in early days of Islam, in order to liberate the al-Quds Mosque.
