Tehran to host first conference of Shia and Sunni Sadat
The first conference of the Shia and Sunni Sadat (descendants of prophet Mohammad) will be held in the Iranian capital Tehran concurrent with the birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (SA).

A number of Shia and Sunni Sadat will attend the first conference of “Shia and Sunni Sadat in Tehran Province” on Tuesday which also marks the birth anniversary of the daughter of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The conference is co-organized by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Ministry of Cooperatives Labor and Social Welfare.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Hujjat-ul-Islam Seyyed Mahdi Hussein Zadeh, secretariat of the conference and Seyyed Kamal Eddin Sajjadi, Secretary General of the Islamic Society of Employees will deliver speech at the upcoming meeting.
Sayyed (plural: Sadat) are the descendants of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) through Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (AS). Muslims, particularly Shias mark the birth anniversary of the lady which also known as Mother’s Day in Iran.
