Leader offers condolences over passing of Hezbollah chief’s mother

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, has offered condolences to the chief of the Hezbollah resistance movement over passing of his mother.

Ayatollah Khamenei, in his message issued on Monday, expressed sympathy with Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and implored the Almighty God to bestow his grace on Nasrallah’s mother also known as umm Hassan, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The Leader said to describe the lady’s significance, one should say that the indefatigable leader of the resistance is raised by such a pious woman.
 
Mother of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Mahdia Safi al-Din, passed away on May 25 following a period of illness. Her body was laid to rest in southern Lebanon.
