The leader of Iraq’s National Wisdom Movement has denounced the Israeli crimes against displaced Palestinians in Rafah urging the international community to take immediate measures.

The remarks by Sayyed Ammar Hakim came following the latest Israeli crimes in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah that left dozens of displace women and children dead, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said,” The occupying Zionist regime, that pushes with undermining human dignity and breaches the international Geneva conventions for war time, has committed another deadly crime that ashamed humanity.”
The Iraqi cleric referred to the latest Israeli strikes on a tent camp packed with displaced Palestinians in northwest Rafah killing tens of people, most of them women, children and the elderly.
Hakim condemned as “appalling” the heinous crime and said the silence of the international community is unacceptable.
He urged for the unified stance of the Arab and Islamic community in response to the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, particularly Rafah, and called on the countries to press for an end to bloodshed of the Palestinians.
Sayyed Ammar Hakim called on the UN Security Council and the international community for an end to the provocations by the Israeli regime and to take immediate actions based on the orders by the International Court of Justice.
The International Court of Justice ordered Israeli regime to immediately halt its military offensive and any other action in the Rafah, an order so far defied by the regime.
