40 Palestinians killed, over 220 wounded in past 24 hours

At least 40 Palestinian civilians have been killed and 224 others injured as Israeli regime forces targeted different areas across the besieged Strip in the past 24 hours.

Several Palestinians were killed in an Israeli strike against a gathering of Palestinians in Gaza City.
 
To the south of the besieged strip, four Palestinians were killed and a number of others injured as a car and a house came under Israeli bombing of southern part of the Gaza Strip.
 
Also, in south of the besieged strip in Rafah, bodies of five Palestinians were recovered after the occupation forces pulled out of al-Shakoush area in Rafah.
 
The regime forces burned the tents of the displaced Palestinians in the coastal al-Mawasi area to the northwest of Rafah.
 
The Palestinian Health Ministry said that the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli atrocities against Gaza Strip since October 7 has reached 37,834 and 86,858 others were wounded, predominantly women and children.
 
The Health Ministry added that a number of the victims are still under the rubble and on the roads as Israeli forces prevent them approaching those dead or wounded.
