“Resistance martyrs’ blood will eliminate occupying Israeli regime”, Dr Shahriari

Dr Hamid Shahriari, in a condolence message issued following martyrdom of the Hamas chief in Tehran, said the blood of resistance martyrs will bear no fruit but elimination of the occupying Israeli regime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He praised the senior Hamas figure for constant confrontation with the colonial plots of the US and occupation of the Israeli regime and living years of expectation for martyrdom.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari noted that the ‘coward operation by Israeli regime’ has further revealed the wicked image of the regime in violating all international and humanitarian laws in order to achieve its illegal ambitions.”

The senior cleric added that the spilt blood of Ismail Haniyeh will boost the determination of the freedom seeking nations in their battle against the world arrogant powers and the Israeli apartheid regime.

“World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought demands a resolute action by the Islamic countries for prosecuting the Israeli regime at the international tribunals”, concluded the cleric.

The message by prominent Iranian cleric comes in the wake of a suspected attack that martyred the political chief of Palestinian resistance movement Hamas and his bodyguard at their residence in the Iranian capital.

Ismail Haniyeh was among the leaders from across the globe who were in Tehran to attend the inaugural ceremony of Iran’s newly-elected President Masoud Pezeshkian on Tuesday afternoon.
