“UN failed in taking action to stop massacre of Palestinians”
A senior Bangladeshi Muslim thinker has criticized the United Nations over failing to take action to stop the Israeli massacre of the Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

Molana Muhammad Moqaddas Al-Islam, speaking at the first webinars of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference, lashed out the international body for failing to play an active role in the ongoing Israeli killing campaign that has left more than 150,000 people dead and injured, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said hundreds of people are losing their lives, civilian infrastructures are being demolished as a result of the Israeli attacks with the military support of the United States.
“The United Nations has not taken an active role in stopping the Massacre of Palestine so far” said the Bangladeshi scholar urging the Muslim countries to take the initiative to stand against the “illegal Israeli regime”.
He proposed that the Muslim countries fund the military capabilities of the resistance movement.
Molana Muhammad Moqaddas Al-Islam once again stressed the Palestinians right to justice and freedom of their ancestral lands.
The director of Madinah al-Ulum school made the remarks at the online meeting of the Shia and Sunni scholars as the first section of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference entitled "Islamic cooperation to achieve common values with an emphasis on the Palestinian issue".
Organized by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, the second part of the international event is scheduled to be held on September 19-21 with hundreds of religious and political figures in attendance.
