Top Hamas official: Axis of Resistance has never retreated

Osama Hamdan, who is Hamas’s representative in Lebanon and also a member of the group’s politburo, says the Axis of Resistance has never retreated on the path of the fighting for the Palestinian cause.

Hamdan made the remarks at the 38th International Islamic Unity Conference scheduled which kicked off In Tehran. 
 
No agreement will make the combatants of Resistance to retreat, he said.
 
He went on to say that American politicians are the major accomplices to the Zionist regime in the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip.
 
Hamas senior official noted that the US seeks to drag out the brutal war in the enclave.
 
Hamdan lauded the endeavors made by the Islamic Republic on the Palestinian cause.
 
Iran has always supported the oppressed nation of Palestine on the road to liberate the occupied territories, he noted.
 
The new edition of the conference entitled “Islamic Cooperation to Achieve Common Values with an Emphasis on Palestine Issue” opened at the Islamic Conference Hall on Thursday September 19.
 
More than 150 elites, prayer leaders, intellectuals and activists from across the world attend the conference underway on September 19-21 with the main focus of the event on the issue of Palestine.
 
The major Islamic event is annually held by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought in part of efforts for the Muslim intellectuals to convene and discuss the developments across the world of Islam.
