Iranian cleric calls Palestinian cause most important issue of Islamic Ummah

Hujjat-ul-Islam Ali Abbasi, an Iranian prominent cleric, has termed the Palestinian cause as the most important issue of Islamic Ummah.

Abbasi made comments at the 14th webinar of the 38th edition of the International Islamic Unity Conference.

He urged Islamic scholars to exchange views to figure out practical solutions for the Palestinian issue.

Certain countries helped establish the fake Zionist regime in 1948, he further noted.

“The countries sought to have a base in strategic West Asia to pursue their political, military, economic, and cultural objectives.”

The fake regime has survived since 1948 only due to the supportive measures of the arrogant powers, he underlined.

The regime has resorted to all types of atrocities such as killing and looting the resources of defenseless Palestinians for 75 years, he added.
