A dozen Palestinians killed in fresh Israeli strikes on Gaza Strip

A dozen Palestinians have lost their lives and several others were injured as Israeli regime forces conducted new attacks targeting people across the Gaza Strip marking a fresh violation of the ceasefire agreement.

Since Saturday morning, 12 people, including a child and three journalists, were killed in a series of Israeli attacks across Gaza increasing to 150 the total number of casualties since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on January 19, 2025.

According to Gaza health authorities, the death toll in Gaza has risen to 48,543, the majority being women and children, since the Israeli genocidal war began in October 2023.

According to the same sources, the number of injuries has also climbed to 111,981. Meantime, many victims remain trapped under the rubble, with emergency and civil defense teams unable to reach them.

Although a ceasefire in Gaza took effect on January 19, casualties have continued to be reported across various parts of the region since its implementation, as Israel continued to breach the agreement.
