The center of the United Nations Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs at the United Nations, Mr. Oscar Fernandez-Taranco, regretted the failure to achieve progress on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, calling for the creation of an adequate climate to resume negotiations.
