He emphasized that the Zionist regime, as the inherent enemy of Islam and the Islamic Ummah, considers establishing relations with all the countries of the region as a means to influence and weaken them to advance the permanent policy of usurping Islamic lands and changing the nature and plans of the Islamic world.
Qalibaf stressed that the main reason for the Zionist regime's agreement with plans such as the Abraham Accords is the type of mischievous support against the independence and political sovereignty of Palestine and the weakening of the front of supporters of the right to self-determination of the Palestinians. The result of the implementation of such plans has been to create division in the ranks of the unity of support for the cause of Palestine among Islamic countries.
Referring to the fact that the Zionist regime does not stop committing any crime to preserve its survival and destroy its opponents, he stated: The establishment of this regime was associated with terror and genocide and its continuation is also with these crimes.
The speaker of the parliament pointed out that the Islamic Republic of Iran as a permanent supporter of the Palestinian cause and a responsible activist for regional and international peace and security emphasizes its principled position in supporting the legal and legitimate right to defend and resist against acts of aggression against humanity and the Zionists' anti-Islamic measures in Palestine.
