Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman censured on Tuesday the comments by NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, on burning a copy of holy Qur’an stressing that respect for people’s religious beliefs is a duty and not an option.
"At the same time, we have a responsibility to ensure that the conflict [in Ukraine] does not become a full-fledged war between NATO and Russia," Jens Stoltenberg said, answering a question about Poland’s proposal to send a peacekeeping mission to Ukraine.
