The US has set a gloomy record for the deadliest six months as mass shootings and gun violence have left 140 civilians dead and hundreds of more injured.

Nearly 49,000 US citizens lost their lives as a result of gun violence in 2021 showing a 3,600 increase from 2020, latest study has revealed.

At least seven countries have issued safety warning to the citizens who intend to visit the US over the several instances of gun violence and mass shootings in the country.
