Iranian Shia cleric stressed that creating a shaky world of Islam by ISIL is a failure for all noting that in a situation managed by the terrorist group will indiscriminately plague all Muslims.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Ahmad Moballeghi, director of the University of Islamic Denominations, referred to the history of unity among different Islamic denominations denouncing Takfiri (excommunication) groups for their measures under the name of Islam saying that a situation managed by the terrorist group will bring failure to all Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said,” For long, different Islamic denominations including Hanafi, Shafi’I, Imamah, Maliki and in times even Hanbali Islam showed beding for tolerance, fraternity and flexibility.” calling that a manifest of competing for the good deeds.
Iranian cleric noted,” Extremist and Takfiri groups do not understand that if our Islamic nation is in a shaky situation then all members will be plagued and if they achieve victory by beating others, that victory will lead to failure for all.”
Member of Parliament’s Assembly of Experts stressed,” There is no religious prejudice in Islam.” adding,” Shia teachings say if you intend to be prejudiced then focus that on fulfilling your promises, good deeds and leading a fraternal solid society; hence, Islam recommends us to maintain moral prejudices.”
Director of the University of Islamic Denominations highlighted Qur’an as the solution for Muslim world issues because the holy book of Islam has provided us with all principles for leading a social life in a unified body.
Iranian cleric criticized the standstill in hermeneutics of Qur’an and lack of relations between the society, Qur’an and solving major issues of the Muslim world calling Shia and Sunni scholars to launch a supreme forum for following Qur’an guidelines within the atmosphere of Muslim community so that different Islamic denominations live in coexistence and cooperate to solve Muslim world issues.
