Occupation of Palestine, biggest crime in history: Cleric
Prominent Lebanese cleric called the Zionist regime’s occupation of Palestine as the worst crime in contemporary history.

Grand Ayatollah Abdul Amir Kabalan, deputy of the Supreme Council for Lebanese Shia Muslims, in his Friday sermon in Beirut warning that terrorism is directed by world arrogant powers so that it inundates societies in massacre, corruption and intrigues and hijacks our wealth and determination, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He noted,” Occupation of Palestine is the worst crime in world’s contemporary history which dominated colonialism over Palestine and expanded through ideology of corruption.”
The cleric referred to Palestinian nation calling for aid from world people and stressed,” The whole region is full of evidences on countless crimes committed by the Zionist regime especially Judaization of the Occupied lands while Takfiri (excommunication) terrorist groups are carrying out project to maintain the Zionist regime in Arab and Islamic countries.”
Ayatollah Kabalan added,” The so-called Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) is a Zionist project to target Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan in a bid to guarantee security and stability of the Zionist regime and also undermine Islamic resistance.”
Lebanese scholar demanded all Arab and Muslim states to stay vigil against present threats in the region and maintain their unity to stand against Takfiri terrorism and Zionist groups.
He also stressed a more active role by Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and noted,” The fire sparked in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya is jeopardizing all countries and that certainly is not to the benefit of any country.”
Ayatollah Kabalan urged all Muslim countries to unite in support of the Palestinian nation and prevent more activities by the Zionist regime of Israel.
