It renewed its call for the international community to assume its responsibility to stop the Israeli occupation’s attacks on civilians in the Strip.

Saudi Arabia also stressed the need to end the suffering of the Palestinian people, provide them with hope and enable them to obtain their rights to live in safety and achieve self-determination through a reliable and irreversible path to establish their Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in line with the Arab Peace Initiative and relevant international resolutions.
Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates also applauded the United Nations Security Council's adoption of a resolution calling for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip during the holy month of Ramadan, said Jordan’s news agency, Petra.
The Ministry's spokesperson, Sufian Qudah, said that Israel must abide by this decision, which also prioritizes safeguarding people, permitting the unhindered supply of humanitarian aid, and guaranteeing that it is delivered adequately and sustainably to every area of the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry's spokesperson also expressed his hope that this resolution will help bring about an immediate and lasting ceasefire and that the Security Council and the international community would take action to safeguard the two-state solution and ensure the establishment of an autonomous and sovereign Palestinian state on the pre-June 4, 1967 borders, with occupied Jerusalem as its capital, in a way that guarantees security, peace, and stability in the region, according to Petra.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement, also emphasized the importance of respecting and implementing the ceasefire on the ground and expanding the flow of humanitarian aid to civilians in the Gaza Strip.  It stressed that the UN Security Council must ensure that Israel, the occupying power, complies with the council's resolutions, international legitimacy and international law.
