Memorial service for Ayatollah Taskhiri held in southern Tehran (photo)

Memorial service for the advisor of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri, has been held in Shahre- Rey, in southern Tehran, on Tuesday a week into passing of the prominent cleric. Ayatollah Taskhiri had been former secretary general of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought and globally known for endeavors to promote solidarity among Muslims.
