People in Masouleh prepare for Muharram ceremonies (photo)

People in the Iranian northern city of Masouleh, Gilan province prepare to mark the mourning ceremonies of Muharram. People especially commemorate martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), the third Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) who was martyred, together with 72 of his companions in the Battle of Karbala.
