ICC arrest warrant, biggest shame for Israeli officials

A member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts has hailed the recent arrest warrant issued for Israeli officials by the International Criminal Court (ICC) calling that the biggest shame for the regime.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Asgar Dirbaz, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) said the ICC arrest warrant can bring the world people both satisfaction and a feeling that the international tribunal in the Hague has had appropriate involvement with the issue of Gaza war.

He said,” World countries have announced that they would arrest the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu and the regime’s former military affairs minister, Yoav Gallant if they enter any country.”

The representative of Iran’s Western Azerbaijan province said,” That is a victory for the people in Gaza and Lebanon suffering Israeli massacre for over a year.”

The Iranian cleric expressed hope that the move by ICC will bring the two Israeli officials to justice.
