In an exclusive interview for TNA - Beirut office, His Eminence described the Hajj as the covenant with God and to meet the call to worship him alone and no other, explaining that the basis pilgrimage slogan is "God there is no partner for you to pick the praise and blessing to you "
"Who visits the House of God must be a believer in God in whose hand is the grace and the creation and the command." He added "Hajj is not a political journey, but it is a socio-political worship and a humanitarian project that combines Muslims who must believe that the inhibitor is God and not the International Monetary Fund, and that the government, the rule and the devolution of power is not through the UN or the Security Council and major countries but by the hand of God".

His Eminence considered the Circumambulation is a metaphor for circling the religion of God and God's law, as an affirmation of the permanent wandering about justice and law and religion, also as an affirmation of allegiance to the Old House as one nation, despite the different sects and colors, ethnic backgrounds and nationalities. "We tour as one and meet around one Lord, so why when we return to our country, we do not practice this unit about our issues?"He wondered.
Answering about the Importance of Muslims meeting in one spot putting all their differences behind them, Sheikh Bilal Shaaban stressed that the actual application of Hajj, is to pray behind one imam, so it is not accepted to stand in our policy behind multiple imams.
