“Culture of Pre-Islam Iran” published

As a joint effort of Iran’s Cultural Council in Moscow and International Foundation of Iranology in Moscow, Russian translation of a book on the culture of Iran before Islam is published for Russian speaking readers.
“Culture of Pre-Islam Iran” published
“History of Iran before Islam and Its Effects on Islamic Culture” is the title for the latest book by Mohammad Mohammadi Malayeri, top Iranian professor of Persian language in Beirut, is translated into Russian language, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The book shed more light on the influence of Sasanid era culture and language on the political, social and cultural Muslim Arabs.

The book can stand a rich source for Iranology studies for Russian language researchers.

Russian translator of the book, Burris Norick, is a young Iranology studies researcher who has perfectly translated the book facilitating Russian Iranology society with a good source on the history of ancient and post-Islam Iran.
