A senior Iranian jurisprudent has termed the 1979 Islamic Revolution as the biggest privilege that God has blessed Iranian nation with.
Ayatollah Hossein Nouri Hamedani, Iranian top cleric in a meeting with the judges in the western city of Uroumiyeh referred to the Islamic revolution which has been achieved through the guidelines of the jurisprudence, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
"Islamic Revolution has brought about great changes in the cultural, economic, military and judiciary basis of our country," Ayatollah Hossein Nouri Hamedani said, referring to the point that Islamic Revolution is an Islamic and divine revolution.
This Iranian top official in a comparison between pre and post-revolution eras said," Before the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Islam was far away from lives of the people, but since the Islamic Revolution victory, it has injected a new life into the lives of the Iranian nation."
He stressed the role of the people as the second basis in the victory of the Islamic Revolution and that should the people did not moved in pace with Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Revolution, it would fail.
He praised the Iranian government as strong and popular government and stressed that as the reason based on which Iran is transcended as a successful government in the world.
Less than a month before the 33rd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, to be held on 10 February, Iranian top cleric referred to disability of the enemies against the unity and solidarity of the Iranian nation said when such occasions are held by massive number of enthusiastic people, it is like a big blow for the enemies of the Islamic Revolution."
