Islamic body hit out at Iran for regional developments
A prominent Islamic association claimed that Tehran has interfered in the affairs of the Persian Gulf Arab states.

World Islamic Association in a statement condemned Iran’s intervention in the Arab states “internal affairs” and said “ Iran’s interference in the internal affairs of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait and instigating conspiracy among their people goes against Islam and would create conflict and division among Muslims and hence; undermines Muslim ummah,” according to Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The statement also urged all elites and Muslim preachers to unanimously support the blasphemous teachings of Wahabbis which encourages plundering public assets and calls for institutionalizing massacre of civilians in Bahrain, Yemen and Libya.

World Islamic Association also appealed to Shia intellectuals to call on their authorities not to intervene in the affairs of other countries.

The Association, however, which is formed by the so-called Muslim elites, had no mention of the deployment of the Western military forces in Muslim states, reaffirming that “the presence of military forces in Bahrain is “mandatory” and “safe-facing”.

The statement comes as Saudi Arabia and some Arab states military forces fry in the social and political turmoil in Bahrain to crack down democratic movements which is aimed at toppling a regime that reigned the peaceful coexistence of shia-sunni factions for over four decades.

Bahrain ruling system assisted by Saudi regime has stepped up efforts to suppress pro-democratic protesters, fearing the ripples of North African revolution reach the Arab states shore at the end of the day.
