Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs has announced its 2021 Hajj motto as the country is preparing to deploy its pilgrims for the annual pilgrimage.

Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage bureau announced “Hajj, self-improvement, solidarity, Islamic determination and defense of al-Aqsa Mosque” as its motto for 2021 in line with the latest issues in the world of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Hujjat-ul-Islam Seyyed Abdul Fattah Navvab, representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and pilgrimage affairs of Iranian pilgrims explained the axes chosen for Hajj 2021.
He referred to self-improvement as one of the objectives of Hajj and enumerated solidarity and Islamic determination as the solution for most important challenges in Muslim world.
The cleric noted,” With regards to the latest events in Palestine, Hajj counts for a unique opportunity for solidarity in Muslim world in defense of al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestinian people.
Saudi Arabia has announced a number of protocols for Hajj pilgrims attending the annual event for 2021 due to the new coronavirus pandemic.
