Resistance groups condemn US delegate illegal visit to al-Aqsa Mosque

Palestinian resistance groups have condemned the illegal entrance of the visiting US delegation to al-Aqsa Mosque calling that a dangerous instance showing the US cooperation in targeting the holy Mosque.

Resistance committees in Palestine have issued a statement to call on the people across the West Bank, Jerusalem al-Quds and the occupied lands for a rally towards al-Aqsa Mosque in defense of the holy mosque against intrigues by the Zionist regime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
“This inappropriate measure, as we have always stressed, demonstrates the US prejudiced policies for Zionist regime stances and the major reason for continuation of Israeli occupation of the Palestinian lands and aggression against Palestinian nation” ran part of the statement.
 
Palestinian resistance movement Hamas warned that the visit made by American delegation escorted by Israeli police breaches the international resolutions.
 
The statement added that repetition of such behaviors will intensify the tensions in the occupied lands and the US government should stand responsible for repercussions of the upcoming events.
 
Under the Israeli police protection, a US delegation visited al-Aqsa Mosque on Tuesday, a move which has angered Palestinians across the occupied lands.
