Senior Iranian philosopher Allameh Hassan Hassanzadeh Amoli has passed away at the age of 93.

Allameh Hassan Hassanzadeh Amoli, renowned religious scholar and philosopher has passed away due to heart diseases as his hometown Amol in northern Iran has announced a week of public mourning, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei has issued a message to offer condolences over demise of the top cleric and called the senior scholar as a "unique distinguished character" similar to whom a few people in each era are found.
Born in 1928 in Ira village, in northern Iranian city of Amol, Allameh Hassan Hassanzadeh Amoli, began his religious studies in the holy city of Qom. He was a leading professor of seminary courses and mathematics.
Renowned for his religious teaching, the senior polymath also taught Persian literature masterpieces.
