Meeting of ECO Ambassadors to be held in Bandar Abbas
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy has said the next meeting of the ECO member states' ambassadors would be held in Bandar Abbas, southern Iran.

Safari said that extensive interaction with the neighboring countries, in such fields as transportation and transit, was on the agenda of the Iranian administration.
As he said, the delegation was also scheduled to visit the logistics services in the southern ports of the country, such as Bandar Abbas and Chabahar.
A meeting between the transportation experts of Iran, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan was held virtually on Thursday, today.
The purpose of the meeting, which was an initiative of Turkmenistan, was to examine the feasibility of multidimensional freight transport, from Tajikistan to Turkey, via the railway networks of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Iran.
Iran, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan are the member states of ECO.
