West in pursuit of disintegrating Muslim world

Mahdi Golshani, physicist and professor of Sharif University of Technology, attending the fourth scientific meeting commemorating Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri and hailed the late scholar as a cleric who made unique contributions to Islamic unity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He said,” Enemies of Islam are sparing no effort to disintegrate the world of Islam; hence, Muslims should safeguard their solidarity because that guarantees their victory in the face of enemies.”

Top Iranian intellectual called late Ayatollah Taskhiri a “priceless role model” for the present critical condition when enemies are seeking disintegration of Muslim world.”

Professor Golshani made the comments at the ceremony on harbingers of peace and Islamic unity to hail late Ayatollah Taskhiri for nearly five decades of contributions for unity in the world of Islam and said,” That is the reason he was called a pioneer of (Islamic) proximity as he was perfectly popular in both the world of Islam and Christianity.”

He also hailed the former secretary general of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought for his humble character and the endeavors in line with promoting proximity across the globe.

The fourth scientific meeting on harbingers of peace and Islamic unity was held on the biography, ideology and thoughts of Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri.

The meeting was jointly held by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Humanities Research Center and Organization of Islamic Promotion.
