The President described the activation of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between the two countries as effective in facilitating and accelerating the exchange of mutual capacities and improving the level of relations and expanding cooperation, and announced the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to transfer its experiences and achievements to friendly countries, especially in Africa.
In this meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Burkina Faso, Ms Olivia Rouamba, also stated that African countries, including Burkina Faso, are inspired by the Islamic Revolution's resistance to arrogance and domination, and added, "Our most important agenda will be to activate the axes of cooperation with Iran".
