37th Islamic Unity Conference to introduce home-grown cultural products
The 37th Islamic Unity Conference will showcase domestically-produced cultural products on the sideline of the annual event.

The secretariat of the 37th Islamic Unity Conference has appointed a committee for assessment of the cultural products by cultural products developed in the country calling on the institutions and organizations across the country to introduce their products to be displayed on the sideline of the annual event, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, made the announcement in a meeting with the representatives of the organizations and institutions ahead of the 37th Islamic Unity Conference which is to host hundreds of Muslims elites from across the globe.
In this meeting, he hailed the latest rounds of Islamic Unity Conference for the innovation to replace the annual conference with webinars due to the pandemic infection and said ,” The 34th Islamic Unity Conference hosted 450 Muslim thinkers in online meetings to exchanged views on the latest issues of Muslim world.”
The cleric noted that the 35th Islamic Unity Conference was held in two sections, online and in-person meetings where the participants maintained social distancing.
He said,” Due to the restrictions imposed in the past two years that did not allow us to travel and meet in person with participants of the Islamic unity conference, we held meetings with smaller groups of representatives from organizations and institutions.
Top cleric noted that two regional Islamic unity conferences have been held both of which in line with the annual meeting held concurrent with the Islamic Unity Week.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari said the 37th Islamic Unity Conference will host muftis, endowment (awqaf) and culture ministers.
