IRGC vows to respond to Israeli terrorist attack on consular building in Damascus

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has issued a statement on Saturday to vow that it will give response to the Israeli attack targeting the consular section of Iranian embassy in Damascus.

Referring to the Israeli regime's attack on the building of Iran's consulate in Damascus last week, the IRGC assured the Iranian nation that it will surely punish the Tel Aviv regime for committing the terrorist attack.

Seven Iranian military advisors, including two senior commanders, were martyred and others wounded in the attack.

The funeral procession of those slain in the attack was held at the beginning of the International Quds Day on Friday.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution also condemned the strike  said in an earlier speech that the Israeli regime will be slapped over the attack.
