Custodian of Imam Reza shrine extends condolences to Hezbollah’s chief
The Custodian of Imam Reza shrine has expressed condolences to Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of Hezbollah resistance movement, over the passing of his mother.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Ahmad Marvi expressed sympathy with Hezbollah chief saying: “Without a doubt, your formidable authority in leading Hezbollah, defending the oppressed in face of the tyrants and supporting the people of Palestine would have never been possible had it not been for an enlightened, righteous and brave mother”, Taqrib News Agency (TNA) reported Astan News as saying.
The senior cleric also offered condolences to the bereaved family of the deceased lady and implored the God Almighty that her soul rest in peace.
Mahdia Saffieddin also known as Umm Hassan (nicknamed after his son Sayyed Hassan) passed away following a period of illness.
In a massive funeral held in the Lebanese capital, the lady was laid to rest in southern Beirut.
