The secretary of Ahlul Bayt (AS) Islamic society in Indonesia hailed the late founder of Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA) for founding his ideologies on fraternity and convergence among Muslims.

Hayati Mohammad Arvi made the comment in a webinar on Imam Khomeini (RA) held by World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought on the eve of the passing anniversary of the late founder of the Islamic Revolution, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
She noted that the unity proposed by late Imam Khomeini (RA) had religious roots emphasizing that the ideology of the late leader was on fraternity and convergence among Muslims.
 
Indonesian activist referred to the relation between “denomination” and “national identity” with unity and added,” Late Imam Khomeini (RA) was more of a thinker and researcher than a political leader.”
 
According to the professor of Jakarta university, Imam Khomeini did not deny or condemn the existence of different views, but stressed that this diversity should not lead to disagreement or schism.
 
She highlighted the role of Imam Khomeini (RA) in the world of Islam calling him a scientist who brought global fundamental changes based on freedom and human rights.
 
Hayati Mohammad Arvi made the comments at the online meeting of the Muslim thinkers and researchers on “Imam Khomeini (RA), Flagbearer of Unity and Resistance”.
