Nearly 8,700 Palestinian students killed since Israel’s Oct. 7 onslaughts on Gaza
The Palestinians Ministry of Education announced more than 8,672 Palestinian students have been killed and 14,583 others wounded since Israeli regime began its genocidal war on the besieged Gaza Strip on October 7.

The Ministry of Education said in its statement that 8,572 of the students killed and 14,089 of those injured were from Gaza Strip.
According to the Ministry of Education nearly 349 Palestinian students were detained by Israeli forces.
It added that 497 teachers and administrators were killed and 3,402 were injured as part of the damage to the educational system in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
The Ministry of Education pointed out that 353 government schools, universities, university buildings, and 65 belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Refugees (UNRWA) were bombed and vandalized in the Gaza Strip, with 139 of them being severely damaged, and 93 completely destroyed.
The Ministry affirmed that 620,000 students in the Gaza Strip are still deprived of enrolling in their schools nine months into Israeli regime’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.
Most of the students suffer from psychological trauma and face difficult health conditions caused by the relentless Israeli strikes.
