Israeli strikes across Gaza kills nearly 40 Palestinians, injures dozens more
At least 37 Palestinians have lost their lives and dozens more were injured in Israeli air and artillery strike indiscriminately targeting Palestinians across the besieged Gaza Strip.

The new fatalities come on the 323rd day of Israel’s unrelenting attacks that has so far left a train of death and destruction behind.
At least one Palestinian has been killed to the east of Deir Al-Balah, as the Israeli warplanes targeted a gathering of Palestinians. In the same area the Israeli warplanes hit the tents of displaced Palestinians resulting in the injury of several Palestinian civilians including women.
In the meantime, in Khan Younis, the bodies of 12 Palestinians were recovered from Hamad Residential City, northwest of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
An airstrike on the Kalakh family home in the Al-Amal neighborhood killed 11 civilians. Simultaneously, an Israeli bombardment of the Al-Katiba area in central Khan Younis also claimed 11 lives.
Four other civilians were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a house southeast of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
In another part of south Gaza, in Rafah, rescue teams and civil defense units reported recovering three bodies belonging to civilians killed by the Israeli occupation forces.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in 40,265 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 93,144 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Moreover, at least 11,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.
Palestinian and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.
