Leader attends Arbaeen mourning procession with university students in attendance
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, has received thousands of university students to Arbaeen mourning ceremony held in Imam Khomeini (RA) Husseiniya in the capital Tehran.

The students attended the mourning procession at the end of a march began at Tehran University on Sunday morning which marks the 40th day after martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), third Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
A number of top officials from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and also the representative of the Leader in universities were among the participants to this ceremony.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution led the congregation prayers at the end of the programs including eulogies and prayers.
Also in the capital Tehran and other Iranian cities, hundreds of thousands of mourners converged in separate ceremonies to commemorate the martyrdom of the third Shia Imam.
The mourners marched in five routes in the capital Tehran towards the holy shrine of Shah Abdul Azim in southern Tehran.
