“Pakistan will never recognize Israeli regime”

A Pakistani senator has called Israeli regime as the origin of all evil in the world emphasizing that Islamabad will never recognize the occupying regime.

Senator Siraj ul Haq, in an address to the first webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference has called for an economic campaign against the Israeli regime and its supporters, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He called on the Islamic countries to establish a defense system against the Israeli regime and unanimously recognize the regime as a terrorist entity.
 
He said,” The occupying Israeli regime is on the brink of elimination as nearly 1000 resolutions have been passed against the regime, though the regime in Tel Aviv has not ended its occupation of the Palestinian lands.”
 
The senior Pakistani diplomat called on the Muslim countries to unite with each other in support of Palestinians.
 
He stressed that the sacrifice by the Palestinian resistance fighters has awakened the entire world.
 
Senator Siraj ul Haq lauded the Islamic Republic of Iran as one of the few countries, among 158 Islamic governments, that stood up in support of the Palestinians and highlighted the key role of Iran in the Middle East region.
 
He said,” Pakistan will never recognize Israeli regime as late Muhammad Ali Jinnah, in 1948, announced the official stance of Islamabad in rejection of the regime and even today the people in Pakistan hold million-man marches in support of the Palestinians.”
 
The remarks by the prominent scholar comes in an address to the Shia and Sunni elites at the webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference on the Islamic cooperations which is this year focused on resolving the issue of Palestine.
 
More than 200 Muslim thinkers, activists and professors exchange views in webinars held concurrent with the Islamic Unity Week that marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), 14-20 September.
 
Organized by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, hundreds of Muslim scholars, religious figures and top officials from across the globe also attend a 3-day-event held in the Iranian capital Tehran on 19-21 September.
