“Unity, key word that helps Muslims against Israeli regime”

A professor of Iran’s Qom Seminary has underlined “unity” as the key word and the way in confrontation with the Israeli regime.

Ayatollah Mustafa Ulama, made the comments in his speech at the second webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference on the theme of Islamic unity and the ongoing war against Palestinians in Gaza, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” Unity, since the Islamic revolution, has been considered more than other Islamic concepts to the extent that late Imam Khomeini (RA) also focused on that as a major recommendation of the Quran, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Imams.”
 
He noted that many Muslim scholars also centered their efforts to converge Muslims in a bid to avoid disunity.
 
The senior Iranian cleric underlined “unity” as the solution out of the present issues created by the Israeli regime in the region.
 
The remarks by the prominent scholar comes in an address to the Shia and Sunni elites at the webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference on the Islamic cooperations which is this year focused on resolving the issue of Palestine.
 
More than 200 Muslim thinkers, activists and professors exchange views in webinars held concurrent with the Islamic Unity Week that marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), 14-20 September.
 
Organized by Iran’s World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, hundreds of Muslim scholars, religious figures and top officials from across the globe also attend a 3-day-event held in the Iranian capital Tehran on 19-21 September.
