A group of Muslim scholars and Islamic proximity researchers have held a meeting on the first day of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference in the Iranian capital Tehran.

The Shia and Sunni scholars held the meeting to exchange views on the articles and papers sent to the secretariat of the conference, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
More than 190articles from across the globe have been received by the secretariat of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference.
 
The resistance of the oppressed Palestinians unifying the Islamic nation, Just War and Peace, Islamic Fraternity and Counter-terrorism, Religious Free thinking and Islamic Compassion were among the axes of the papers announced by the secretariat of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference.
 
The 38th edition of the Islamic Unity Conference entitled “Islamic Cooperation to Achieve Common Values with Emphasis on Palestine” is underway in Tehran.
