Iran's top diplomat stated, "In this situation, it is natural that the most important topic in our meetings in New York is the increase in tension and the criminal actions of the Zionist regime, which the international community must deal with."
He noted, "The Zionist regime is trying to put the region in a dangerous situation. This poses a significant threat to the entire international community, as the tension in the region has the potential to spread to other regions."
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran said: In my opinion, the Zionist regime is trapped in the Gaza swamp and has no way out, and after a year of war and merciless killing of the people of Gaza, it has not achieved any of its goals, and this regime will do anything to preserve and save itself. A crime is committed.
Iran's foreign minister emphasized that the Israeli regime will not achieve its goals of increasing tension and war, but will receive an answer for its crimes.
Araghchi continued, "Regarding the recent terrorist attacks in Lebanon, it is natural that Hezbollah will make its own decisions and will show appropriate reactions. The assassination of Martyr Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political office of the Hamas movement, in Tehran will not go unanswered."
Araghchi also underlined, "The Islamic Republic of Iran's policy is to always confront the unilateralism of the United States and Western countries as they persist in their past colonial policies in a new form."
