Cleric calls for expansion of Qur’anic values through media

The Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought called for more focus on the media that have brought the new changes to the world.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari made the remarks at the conference on religion and culture of new media, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He stressed importance of networking as a new concept that would lead to a multiplied progression and growth of the networks.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari emphasized that the media should eventually bring about reforms.
 
The Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought said,” The society is subject to change as individuals have turned into mediums bringing a new challenge for the governments to manage such societies.”
 
The cleric noted that some experts propose summarizing the religious concepts proportionate with the new social media limitations saying,” There is no need for summarizing as we have numerous short and sublime content in Islam that have, unfortunately, gone unnoticed.”
