Yemen condemns Muslim, Arab countries’ silence on Israeli rimes in Gaza

Yemeni parliament has denounced as ‘shameful’ the silence of the Arab and Islamic countries against the Israeli crimes in Gaza and Syria.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the parliament appealed to Arab and Islamic parliaments to act urgently to save Palestinian people from the ongoing Israeli atrocities, which have resulted in the death of over 45,000 and injury of 107,000 Palestinians in more than 440 days.

It also called for the Israeli regime's “war criminals” to be held accountable for their crimes against Palestinians.   

The parliament further criticized remarks by Israeli foreign minister Gideon Sa'ar seeking designation of Palestinians’ supporters as terrorist, stressing that real terrorism is manifested in the crimes of the occupying regime against children, women, and the elderly.
