He asserted that they are on the brink of a significant transformation that will have direct impacts, and there is no turning back.

Qassem reiterated that the Palestinian issue is a just cause, and they are committed to this ideal, believing in the liberation of sacred sites. He stated that Hezbollah’s interests in Lebanon lie in supporting the oppressed and Palestine.
He made it clear that Hezbollah remains committed to its pledge to support Quds, which is symbolized by the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, representing true steadfastness alongside Quds. He warned that Israel has included Lebanon in its expansionist plans and seeks to occupy and annex southern Lebanon.
Qassem characterized Israel as an expansionist enemy that knows no boundaries and will trample all borders. He emphasized that their resistance against this occupation is a legal right and a natural reaction to these threats. He pointed out that the resistance can neutralize enemy aggression and prevent the realization of its goals.
He also highlighted that the Zionist regime, with the support of the oppressive and savage U.S. imperialism, aims to expand its occupation, destroy the resistance, and dominate Lebanon's future. Regarding the ceasefire agreement, he stated that after signing it, the Lebanese government must take decisive action against this occupation.
Qassem dismissed the justifications and conditions set by Israel as invalid, asserting that the world witnesses Lebanon's commitment to the ceasefire agreement. He called for an end to these aggressions and insisted that Lebanon must stand firm against these threats, as Israel will never achieve its goals in the presence of resistance and national unity.
Hezbollah's Secretary-General affirmed that the party is fully committed to the agreements but noted that Israel has not withdrawn from Lebanon and continues its aggressions daily. He stated that Hezbollah is part of the resistance and also participates in the structure of the Lebanese government, emphasizing that Lebanon can only achieve stability and progress through the cooperation of all its citizens.
Qassem reiterated that Hezbollah is fully committed to the agreements and has no armed presence south of the Litani River, yet Israel has not retreated from this area. He stressed that normalization of relations with Israel cannot be accepted, and the regime cannot achieve through political means what it could not accomplish in war.
He warned that if Israel believes it can impose new equations through attacks on the Dahiyeh, the south, and the Bekaa, this is completely unacceptable. He urged Israel not to underestimate Hezbollah’s statements, as failure to comply could lead to other options being considered.
Qassem stated that they cannot accept Israel targeting Lebanon freely and conducting aggressions whenever it wishes. He emphasized that they will not allow anyone to undermine their power to confront Israel. He noted that their patience thus far has been to provide an opportunity, but officials must understand that there are limits to this patience.
Finally, he called on the Lebanese government to begin discussions on reconstruction as soon as possible, stressing that this issue should not be tied to any other matters.
